Jamie has been in the insurance industry for almost 9 years. He started his career as an Insurance Agent at the young age of 23. Within 6 months, Jamie quickly advanced into management, specializing in product and field training for new agents. Within the next year, he was promoted to Sales Management, where he was responsible for running and growing a top Branch Sales office for a nation-wide, multi-billion dollar company. Also impressive was the fact that Jamie was among the youngest professionals to ever accomplish his rank and production while working for a 125 year old company. Jamie currently owns and operates Strong Family Financial, LLC- the premier senior market insurance agency in Northeast Oklahoma. In addition to his duties as a business owner, Jamie also serves as one of only three Regional Directors in the country for Universal American Career Distribution, where he oversees agents in Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. Jamie is also a Convention Qualifier.
When Butch Borchers joined “The Strong Family” he brought over 10 years of management experience with him, not to mention a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Butch currently serves as Agency Sales Manager for Strong Family Financial, LLC, and is responsible for overall organizational growth and agent and manager development. Butch is also a Convention Qualifier.
David Bryant serves as a Field Sales Manager and Senior Product Trainer for “The Strong Family”. In addition to hands-on sales training and management, David is responsible for new product training and research. David has been in the insurance industry for almost 5 years, and has a degree in Marketing, along with over 10 years of overall sales experience. David is also a Convention Qualifier.
Bennett came to “The Strong Family” with over 10 years of very successful sales and sales management experience under his belt. Specializing in one-on-one field sales training and marketing implementation, Shane is the “True Sales Leader” of Strong Family Financial, LLC. Shane currently serves as a Field Sales Manager, but is also consistently the Top Sales Producer for the organization. Shane has been the recipient of several, prestigious sales awards and is frequently recognized for his outstanding production. Shane is also a Convention Qualifier.
